QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK

Are these real bank tests?

No. Every question here is original, and none is a question from any bank's test or a candidate's memory of one. The point is to practise the kind of decision each round asks for, not to see the paper in advance.

Which jobs does it cover?

All 34 seats on the site's board, across the front, middle and back office. The rounds work for any seat, and 3 groups of seats also have a paper of their own. The depth is not even: this site's authority is credit judgment, so the further a seat sits from the lending desk, the shorter and plainer its material.

What rounds does a bank's recruitment usually have?

Usually an online assessment, an interview that may be recorded, and for many graduate programmes an assessment centre with a case. The order and the mix differ by bank and by programme, so read the careers page of the bank you are applying to before you plan your practice.

What does it cost?

Nothing to practise, and no account is needed. The paid item here is a set of worked cases for candidates who want more than the free case. Nothing you buy unlocks any question, and nothing free is held back until you pay.

Does it include numerical and verbal reasoning tests?

Yes: a paper of each, set on a bank's own tables and documents. They are original, and they are not any test publisher's questions, so expect the format to differ on the day. Logic and diagram puzzles are not covered here.
